Differentiation
In today’s extremely diverse classroom setting, the need for differentiated instruction is paramount. On-going training on this topic has been provided to teachers at the county and building-level. All elementary principals were participants at a 2-day conference during the summer of 2006, and some continued that learning through Professional Learning Communities throughout the 2006-2007 year.
